We accept PayPal payments.

It is very easy to use and if you do not have an account you can pay with your credit card.

If you pay by PayPal E-check, please allow 3-7 days for the check to clear before shipment.

Shipping from Argentina.
Shipments are sent via Correo Argentino.

The orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
I'll contact you on shipping details.

We send as Stantand Service and Registered Service (with Tracking Number).

The cost of postage supplies and jewelry does NOT include tracking number! We send supplies and jewelry as Stantand Service . If you need insurance or want regirested or express post, ask me and I am happy to provide it according to cost Argentina post's prices.
We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged by post.

If you prefer the Registered Service, just convo me and I'll fix the prices.

The shipment takes between 12-30 days in arriving. Sometimes are delayed, please be understanding.
Shipping to USA is usually about 12- 15 working days, sometimes could be more up to 20-25 days, especially in busy holiday season, please keep it in mind.

Please make sure this address is current and correct.

The Registered service require your signature for the delivered, if you know that you will not be able to sign, then please choose the "Standard shipment". In order to do this contact me via shop conversation or email (lanadearg [!at] gmail.com ). If you already pay the registered service and want the Standard, I'll do the refund.

If you want me to ship it Priority, I'd be happy to do that, but I will have to adjust the shipping cost.

Please note: We will not be responsible for lost items sent by the "Standard Service". The costumer can request the "Registered mail service".

We will be responsible for lost items sent as Registered mail service with do not appear as Delivered or Attempt to delivered" on the tracking. If they are lost I'll refund your money minus the shipping cost.

Any applying customs fees are responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will happily accept returns for any reason, or no reason at all, as long as you follow these rules;

1. Shipping costs are not refunded and are the buyers responsibility unless it was our mistake.

2. Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in original condition, with the original number of items. Items must be received by us within 1 week of from the date your package was delivered.

3. If something is damaged during transit- please contact me with a photo of the damaged item.

For return instruction and restriction, please contact us using shop conversation feature.

-We will resend the package if you do not receive your package over 40-60 days.

-We will refund your payment if you do not receive your package over 60 days.

- We will not be responsible for lost items sent by the "Standard Service". The costumer can request the "Registered mail service".

-We will not resend items returned to me by your local post office if you provided wrong address or parcel was not picked up by you. In this case, parcel back to us within 30 days and we will refund your money minus the shipping cost.

- We will be responsible for lost items sent as Registered mail service with do not appear as Delivered or Attempt to delivered" on the tracking. If they are lost I'll refund your money minus the shipping cost.

-We will refund cost of item and shipping and returned shipping, if somehow you received wrong item (which never happened before).
